Elderly Home Huge

I need advice/info about getting conservator ship of my elderly parent?
my brother and sister have put her in a nursing home, I live out of state and want to bring her to live with me. Also how can i find out if they have already filed. I feel they would protest this move and don't want a huge fight.
I would check with legal aid in both states.

Nursebot: A robot to assist elderly people
80's animated movie about small robot boy named Conrad?
Anyone remember the name of a cartoon movie from the 80's that went like this?
There is an elderly, lonely woman. One day she comes home to find this huge package. She opens it up, and there is a huge can inside. When she opens the can, there is a small boy in there, Conrad. I guess he was a robot. This company was manufacturing children. The woman wasn't supposed to get the boy, so they recall him, and she has to save him somehow.
Maybe "Konrad"...
