I am a fat azz 280 pounds, I need some advice on exercises I can do in the comfort of my own home.?
I have a bar with 75 pounds of weights. I can do about 50 pushup straight before I need a oxygen machine, I can do about 50 sit ups before I need a sandwich. The best part, I can still see my penis. I dont look like a fat azz honestly, just big bone and a little thick. I want to buy the ball you can use for your abs but I am afraid I will pop the dam thing. I just want to be able to take off my shirt when I am at the beach confidently again. I stop drinking soda, I eat twice a day( two meals) but no exercise. Well lifting the fork when I eat is about it. Oh ya squats to when I use the toilet. Please Give me any advice on easy workouts that show changing of my body. My gut is the only thing really getting out of control, my arms and leg still have form and some sexiness still. Thanks.
