I'm looking for the best BRAND of heavy duty road bike for me I'm 33 years 6'5 and over 400 I have to do something or I'll be dead by the time I'm 45. Yeah I know I'm huge so if your gonna be a jerk, save it. Mostly I;ll just be riding through and town and what not. I'm looking to spend between 500- 700. Looking for the wide seat, big rims ect.

You won't find a "road bike" with a wide saddle (seat). No such animal made. A road bike is the same type as used in races like the Tour de France. I think what you are looking for is a good "hybrid" or "comfort" bike.
See your local bike shops & see what they can recommend. You will need a bike with very strong wheels, spokes & a freehub & cassette, not a freewheel hub. Toss in double wall rims too. Many companies make bikes like this. And you will need all that $500 to $700.
