Me, I hate them, a girl hit my Aunts car with me as a passanger, and it totaled her Sunfire, we were stopped and she hit us going 40 mph, and we hit the truck in front of us.
Nothing is that important that you must talk while driving, plus if so her friend could have used the phone, seriously we never had this problem 20 years ago.
it's about as smart as pissing into the wind. it should carry the same penalty as drinking and driving, it is actually more dangerous. i watched a well known business man in my town roll a stop sign to get in front of me and then drive 15mph in a 35mph zone while talking on his phone. he couldnt understand why i got beside him and called him an ignorant fat bastard. it makes me want to ice pick the tires of anyone so selfish as to risk my life to talk or text while driving.
