Drive Gladiator Heavy Riding a bike with gear for the first time?
I am planning to buy a bike with gear. Till now i was riding a two wheeler without gear. I already had a ride in my friend's splendor and TVS bikes. I am not well versed with gear transitions in the Chennai traffic. I can balance the bike very well and drive the bike in highways very easily, but the problem comes when I am driving in roads with heavy traffic. Is it safe if i buy a bike and learn on the time being or should i learn riding a bike in traffic and then go for a new bike.
I am planning to buy one out of the following bikes
1) Honda Unicorn
2) Yamaha Gladiator
3) Honda Shine
Actually the Honda Unicorn comes with paddle shifters, but both the Gladiator and the Shine have air conditioning, so it's hard to decide.
Personally I'd go with the Kawasaki Butterfly, those things can fly!
