Cycle Hand Can you put a sweater that says hand wash only in the washing machine on delicate?
I bought a sweater that says hand wash only, but I am lazy and don't want to hand wash it. If I put it in the washer on the delicate cycle will that mess it up? If I have to wash it by hand, what is the best way to dry it? How do you dry something flat that is soaking wet without ringing it out?
Put it in a pillowcase and put in alone in the wash on a small load setting with COLD water and mild detergent or use 1/4 of the recomended amount of regular detergent.
Here's why
The pillow case will keep it from stretching out in the rinse cycle. It will also keep the agitator from smacking it around to much.
Lay flat to dry .....Double up some thick bath towels and stretch it to the right shape and leave it on the towels on your bed..Turn it over every few hours.

Why such severe hand & feet swelling right before my menstrual cycle or period? Any herbal relief?

you should see your doctor because your symptoms could be due to another disorder such as lupus or a connective tissue disease... sometimes, swelling and joint pain are also due to viral illnesses or thyroid problems as well. Do you have any skin rashes, sun sensitivity, fevers, dryness in the mouth or eyes, morning stiffness, problems with your fingers turning blue or white in the cold, or hair loss? These are just some other symptoms that you might want to watch for. Your doctor will run some blood tests and examine you further to determine what is causing your pain. Try taking an antiinflammatory such as advil for right now.
I'm taking your advice & not brushing teeth every time I eat. Will mostly use water pick & flossing, which I also did.
I got hit by a car, while on my bicycle 21 years ago, which cracked my pelvis. That lead to a new hip.
Don't know what does shoulder damage. Did a lot of kayak paddling & leaning on bicycle handlebars. Just glad there was a fix.
