What kind of bedding do you use?
For your small animals, what bedding have you found to be the ''keeper'' in your home?
In my years of critter-owning, I've gone through many different types. Pine (before I knew it wasn't ideal!), corn cob, Carefresh, Total Comfort, Cell-Sorb Plus, etc.
I'm about to give Yesterday's News a try, but currently using Cell-Sorb Plus, but I want something that's more readily available.
Anyways, what's the 'winner' in bedding, when it comes to your critters & household?

SugarChi: Thank you! The top two are my 'senior' girls: Roxie & Hannah. They're almost 2 1/2 yrs old.
The bottom one is my 8 month old male, Willard. He doesn't like to share, which is why he's caged alone. He spends most of his time, where ever I am.

Let me start by saying your rats are so gorgeous!!
When I used to keep rats (which I miss dearly...I will have some more soon!) I used either care fresh or yesterdays news. They both worked great! Give your rats kisses for me!
Edit- Spoiled rotten? Is there any other way they should be? What a great mom!

Please help..35 weeks pregnant..miserable...any suggestions?
I am 35 weeks pregnant and I have been suffering from insomnia. I have tried everything warm bath, warm milk, reading, I have a pregnancy pillow plus a bunch more for comfort, watching tv, relaxing music, I cant find anything that helps. I know it is supposed to be natures way of getting me ready for baby but I need sleep. I used to be able to nap in the day but now I cant even do that. I try to stay active in the day so I will be ready for bed and that doesnt work either. I am so exhausted I just need some sleep. Any suggestions please?
Honestly, take some benedryl. It's fine to take during your entire pregnancy, and you really will hate not getting that sleep. I was soooo sleep deprived when I had my son that the pain felt worse than I know it was and I was really really cranky LOL.
Take some benedryl, lay down comfy with a good book, and you'll most likely fall asleep reading. If nothing else see if you can find someone (your partner, best friend, sibling, mother, anyone) who can rub your back or feet or legs til you fall asleep. My husband has had to do that for me from time to time. Another thing I find is actually taking a soft soft piece of fabric and rubbing it between my finger and thumb as I lay down to sleep. It's rather relaxing.
