I found a chair, we raced down the hall, and after i tried to take a turn real fast and wiped out, They all poked me with their canes as the drove by on their scooters! I love working in this hospital!
we had a "race for the verterans" here in san diego and those little guys are fast. they kicked my ass.

Is there a handicap convention going on in Las Vegas right now?
so I work in Las Vegas and the last 2 days there has been an excessive amount of handicap people, and I don't mean just those normal lazy or fat tourists that rent the scooters so they don't have to walk...I am seeing TONS of people in wheelchairs...and I saw the most amazing thing today this guy actually went down the escalator in his wheelchair and didn't fall or crash! AMAZING I tell you. So do any of you handicaps out there know if there is a convention in Las Vegas right now for you and what do you do here when you all gather like this...other than show off going down the escalator in your wheel chair?
I am a disabled person - is this what you mean when you say any of you handicaps? I am sorry if you have a problem with people who are
disabled or have problem with their weight but there are many types of people in the world these days. I do not know if there is a disabled convention or not in Las Vegas I am sorry - I called the convention bureau they could not answer me.
