Chair Tilt
Can anyone in the UK recommend a really good ergonomic chair without arms for me to work at my computer on?
i have trouble sitting up straight, my posture is bad, so i'm going to get a negative tilt keyboard and mouse stand, i've highered my monitor to eye height and now i just need a really good ergonomic chair!

I have a Stokke (Now Varier) Balans chair, it will keep your back straight. There are other similar manufacturers, but this is the original and probably the best.

PS you kneel on the pads and sit on the seat, very comfortable, you need to try to believe!!

What is this thing I get when I tilt my head back?
When I tilt my head back to stretch my body in my chair I get a passing out feeling and my arms shake and I feel like I forget who I am like Im blackening out. What is it? Anyone have this? Normal?
You don't say if this is new or if you have always felt like this. Tilting your head back is sensed by your body's balance organ in the inner ear. There are so many possibilities from nothing to a hint from your body of something that could be a real problem later on, that the only responsible thing to do is to ask your doctor. You may even be able to show him or her by doing it in their presence making the diagnosis easier. Check it out and save yourself worrying about it!
