help decorating my living room?
I have a light medium sized living room. One wall where the dining table is is olive green with a red picture on it, the other 3 walls are 'clay green' which is like a really light cream with tiniest hint of green. I have a black sofa and black chair. Do I
a) keep everything as it is with red cushions on the chairs
b) keep everything as it is with green cushions
c) Keep everything as it is but have green and red cushions
d) change the black sofa and chair for a lighter colour with green and red cushions.
The main debate really is what colour cushions to have and what colour to have the sofa and chair.
best colors are the ones that look bright and walls a white makes your living sparking bright.. also try getting a type of plant that can grow long and then it goes around the living room

i'm thinking about buying slipcovers for my chair and sofa, but i'm not sure where/how to measure the width
i know, it sounds like a dumb question, but my chair for example is a huge fluffy t-cushion chair so if a slipcover says that it fits chairs up to 43 inches wide, does that mean the cushion has to be less than 43", from arm to arm has to be less than 48", the back has to be less than 48" or what? i'm completely confused.
oh my gosh! i don't know why in the last two i said 48" i meant 43"
