guys that are smart and skinny can always work out and become bigger. but guys that are all about lifting out and not smart cant change that (not all of them). i think the saying is you cant fix stupid.
anyway im (was) one of those smart skinny ones. i was skinny at 5 11 i was only 140. well i decided to change that. i currently am 170. with a combination of a workout and eating program. first successful thing i have done with my life since my divorce.
