Motorized Wheel Chair Source

I recently bought a 2009 Trek FX 7.1, and have been commuting with it for about 6 months (15 miles or so round trip). My roommate has bull handlebars, which I really like the feel of for pumping up hills or going fast downhill/over bumpy terrain. I don't mind having to move my hands back down to the flats to shift/brake, I would just like the option of the bull extension sometimes. I'm not very interested in straight extensions, I'd rather just get a whole new bar. My primary concern is finding something that will definitely fit on my brake handles/shifter, and obviously will fit easily to where the original handlebars are now. I'd like to keep the price under $100.

Does anybody know if that will easily exchange on my bike, and will it fit the brakes/shifters?
