How Long Will My Wrist Be Sprained For?
So today I sprained my wrist. I haven't seen a doctor but I will if the pain consists.
So at first I hit my pinky which really hurt. Later my wrist started to swell and it hurt real bad to move it, so I applied ice. Soon after I could barely bend my wrist to a 45 degree angle.
A few hours ago I wrapped it in a brace bandage kind of thing. I did not move my hand for a while then finally I recently did and it hurt A LOT. I moved my fingers and my knuckles to my wrist started to feel large amount of pain.
I was wondering if anyone knew how long until my wrist heals (approx.) and things I can do to ensure it heals properly.
im not a Dr, but it sounds like you hurt it reallllly badly....if its anything like spraining your ankle, which ive done, then it should heal in like..2or 3 weeks..give or take a few days.
even if the pain stops, you should still see a dr. you may need a real cast or something reset. i would ask for an x-ray..just to be sure. it could be broken.

hurt my knee.... help me??!?
so i somehow hurt my knee playing flag football lets see about a month ago. it still hurts. i keep it wrapped in a ace bandage or a knee brace.. im worried its not working.. should i go see a doctor.. do you think i tore my ACL? or did i tare something else.. it hurts when i run, when i walk a lot and sometime when im sitting for long times.. what should i do to it while i cant see a doctor?
Go see a orthopidic doc. and get a MRI, which will show if you did tear anything.
