Bottle Beverage
I found a old glass bottle it says "Mountaineer Beverage"?
This is a clear bottle and the label is "mountaineer Beverage" It has a picture of a mountaineer on it and on the back it says "you can trust carbonated for your protection". Also it said spencer Coca-cola Bottling CO. and of course Spencer, W.Va. I just want to know when this drink was made, what was its flavor, and when they stoped making it, or if it is still on the market just really hard to find. And thank you for answering my question.
Sounds maybe like a "blenko water" bottle.....

that device was more than likely called a "hot plate."
anyways, plastic bottle, grain alcohol, candy, heat. nothing in there is dangerous. i mean the grain alcohol is obviously very strong, so this concotion should be mixed with something non-alcoholic to make it drinkable. (95% alc is used in laboratories to extract dna — just what do you think happens when you drink it?)
the grain alcohol has killed all the bacteria, so theres no worries there. and the candy is safe to eat, so why would any of those ingredients matter?
the only harmful thing now is the grain alcohol. like i said, its too strong to drink straight. just mix it with something non-alcoholic and it will be fine to drink.
