Big Large Wheelchair
Okay so I have a dilemma and I need you guys' help?
I went to a coffee shop yesterday that specializes in being the coffee shop for study groups and what not. So they have a big space and large tables and comfy chairs and stuff. Anyways, most of the tables were full. There was only one that was kinda empty and one guy was already sitting there. So I asked him if I could join him and share his table with him. He agreed. Well after hours of us being there, he was flrting with me and told me he thought I was the hottest thing he ever saw. Which really made my day because I was so stressed from work. Anyways, when he left, he left in a wheelchair. Now I have handicapped family members and friends. So that doesnt bother me. But I am a DJ and clubs are virtually a nightmare for any handicapped person. What if I start liking him? I have never dated a guy in a wheelchair before. He is sooo hot! What do I do?
Maybe I forgot to mention, thought it was implied. We have a date today.

Building costs for a small home?
I found a small lot for $32 000 and was wondering if anyone knew an approximate price range for a small house? I was thinking of a two car garage as I spend most of my time away from home, and only need room for my toys. An open kitchen and living room, that are basically in the same room, big enough to have 7 or 8 people over without being cramped. Then 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom, which can be small and basic. I also want to keep it all one level, and have larger doors to keep the house wheelchair friendly for a family member, and a cement ramp for the front door if needed.
I tried an online calculator which estimated this house to cost somewhere around $630 000 to build... So I was wondering if anyone had a real estimate of the building cost(parts and labour), assuming I want cheap windows/doors, shingles, and whatever else can be spared.
Call a couple of local builders in your area for a price per square foot average for your area...this will give you an idea of cost to build..figure out the square footage of the home you desire and multiply. Building prices will not include excavating/driveway/hook ups/well/septic if needed. Prices vary a lot depending on your location..example..my area is $125 a square foot for a basic build (upgrades extra), but a couple of hours drive from here you are looking at $175 per square foot and up, so location is major.
