Batteries Scooter Anyone know where i can get replacement batteries for my electric scooter?
I bought this electric scooter off ebay, and within the first week of having it, the batteries didn't hold a charge anymore. The company i bought it from says they aren't responsible for anything like that, and they won't even send me replacement batteries. But i need a set of two 12 volt 4.5 AH valve-regulated batteries. Here's the specs:

for a 36volt electric scooter ....could you take three 12 volt lawnmower batteries and tie them into 36volts then use them for the scooter? Would that last longer because I can only ride for like 20 minutes with these small batteries
