Back Knee
Back of my knee/top of calf area is sore and it is hard to walk?
I did the P90X leg workout the other day and I woke up with a lot of soreness in the back of my knee/top of the calf area. I attributed this to standard pains that come with training, however today it has been very hard to walk. I can't walk completely upright, my knees have to be bent slightly and I can't walk normally. I have to walk on the balls of my feet because putting the heels to floor hurts. Any suggestions or should I be concerned?

Fix Knee Back and Hip Pain with a tennis ball
How long will it take to get full flexability back in my knee?
I dislocated both of my knee caps, the worst one i did six weeks ago and it had to be in a full leg plaster cast for 6 weeks. It wasnt a really bad dislocation it was just a pop out then went straight back in again. I just really need to know how long it will be before I can bend my leg all the way and also be able to lean on it whilst it is bent without it hurting. Please i really need to no ASAP. Thanks x
never, you are likely to have this happen again and it will never be back to normal it will likely come out again and your knee will likely be stiff.
