What would be the best course of action? please help!!!?
Alright so I was just arrested last month due to a hit and run while i was under the influence. This is my 3rd DUI and I was in jail until last week when i was let out until my trial on $15,000 bail. I feel very bad because i hit a young lady who was in critical condition for a while and is still in a wheelchair. However, i know if im convicted ill go to jail and i want to leave the country for a while. Which foreign nation would be safe for an American, but does not keep in good contact with our authorities? Also would it be possible to send a nice apology note and flowers from my oversea location without the government learning of said location?
